State police said that a single-engine Cessna ran off of a runway at the Manassas Regional Airport, struck a culvert and overturned at 8:15 p.m.
Neither the pilot nor the one other passenger were injured.
The FAA and NTSB have been notified. The investigation remains ongoing.
